PROFILE SPECIFICATION

The roof sections are constructed of aluminium alloy extrusion to BSEN755-9 and BSEN12020, extruded

from 6060 T6 alloy. The internal and external extrusions are separated with a polyamide thermal break.

The external aluminium alloy extrusion is pre-treated and finished either:-

a)Anodised to BS 3987: 1987, grade AA25 to a natural self colour.

b)Polyester powder organic coating to BS 6496. Dual colour is available.

Products Made to Order or Bespoke cannot be cancelled amended or returned.  Made to Order or Bespoke items include the following – Roof Lanterns, Aluminium Sky Lights, Aluminium Bi-folding doors, Aluminium Sliding Patio Doors, Roller Garage doors

Fastrac will try to ensure that Made to Order products are completed and delivered within the estimated lead time advised at time of purchase. However, delays do occasionally arise due to production or shipping issues, out of our control. If a delay occurs, Fastrac will communicate to you, the customer as soon as the manufacturer confirms the new estimated delivery date or notifies of any production delays, however, this does not mean you have the right to cancel such an order if it is beyond the estimated time-frame.

Items are typically shipped between 12 -25 working days from order confirmation.

From time to time delays do occur due to circumstances out of our control. if on the rare occasion this were to happen Fastrac will always let you, the customer know in as much time as possible.

If a delivery is confirmed and the customer is not available to at the time confirmed (unless notified in writing no later than 2 working days beforehand) a re delivery charge may be applicable (Up-to a maximum £250+Vat) and a new date re-scheduled.

An able bodied person will always be required to offload any items to assist the driver as all deliveries are usually carried out by one driver. If the driver cannot offload on his own a new delivery date will have to be re-scheduled (See costing above)

Deliveries will only be onto the customers drive/front garden/outside the property. The driver is not insured to enter a customers property so please make sure you have a safe space ready and clear for any deliveries.
